Grit Classifier
In wastewater treatment processes, grit classifiers are used to separate and remove grit from water or other liquids. Grit typically consists of sand, gravel, and other heavy particles that can cause wear and damage to equipment if not removed. The classifier works by allowing the heavier grit to settle out while the lighter materials continue in the flow.
This Equipment used in municipal wastewater treatment plants, industrial facilities, and other settings where the removal of grit is necessary for the proper operation of downstream equipment.
